Baytulmal believes that, Zakat, Sadaqat and Waqf are the fundamental solutions of poverty. The program will enable fund training schemes to make the skills of the poor more marketable. It will also reduce unemployment and empower businesses wih skills and capital.

The aim of Baytulmal is to have Organized Zakat collection system all over Tanzania, both for the benefit of social improvement and religious fulfillment. Whether people like it or not, as Muslims, taking care of the disadvantaged is obligatory
